These terms cover the thetwothreadsmethod.com website and the Two Threads programme, which is bought and delivered at yourdivorceally.com under these same terms. By using the site or buying the programme, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Two Threads is a trading name of Alissa Lang Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What the programme is, and is not

The Two Threads programme is an educational, self-guided written programme about navigating a life event that combines injury and loss. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or specialist domestic abuse support. We do not diagnose or treat any condition and we do not advise on your legal or financial position. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional; if you are at risk from someone, the National Domestic Abuse Helpline (0808 2000 247) or 999 are the right first calls. You remain responsible for your own health, safety, decisions and actions.

3. Eligibility

The programme is for people aged 18 and over.

4. The free check

The Two Threads check is free, needs no account, and is provided as it is. The result is a reflection prompt, not an assessment of you.

5. What you get when you buy

• The Two Threads programme (£47 founding, £67 list): access to the divorce application of the method, an orientation, six stages and a closing with their worksheets, at yourdivorceally.com, for as long as the programme is published, at your own pace.

Prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, on yourdivorceally.com, through our payment provider, Stripe, under the name Two Threads. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid is the price you paid. Programmes for other life events will be sold separately when they exist; buying this one does not include them.

6. Your access code

After purchase you receive an access code by email from hello@yourdivorceally.com. It is for you alone. Please do not share it, post it, or use it to give others access to the programme. If a code is shared, we may withdraw it and issue you a new one, or in serious cases end your access without refund.

7. Cancellations and refunds

The programme is digital content. Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund, unless you have started accessing the programme, at which point that right ends. You will be asked to agree to this at checkout.

If something is wrong with the programme, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.

8. Intellectual property

The programme, the exercises, the site copy and the Two Threads Method are the property of Alissa Lang Ltd. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own development. You may not copy, share, resell, teach from, or redistribute programme materials without our written permission. What you write during the programme is yours.

9. Results

The programme works when you do the exercises, and outcomes depend on you and your circumstances. We do not promise any particular result.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site and the programme available, but we may take them down for maintenance or withdraw them. If we withdraw the programme permanently within a year of your purchase, we will refund you a fair share of the price.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought, or for any loss that arises from a decision you made about your relationship, your job, your money or your legal position.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
